Robocop now works as a crazy person in the streets who points guns at random people. Robocop (1987) has a number of flaws, but today it is well-regarded as a film that appeals to the adolescent boy within. Most also know it has an abundance of religious and political symbolism. Robocop 2 (1990)

The film world lost a number of underrated and underappreciated stars this week, including Ingrid Pitt, Leslie Nielsen, and Irvin Kershner. I wanted to write something for all three, but I just don’t have the time. Kershner is best known for directing The Empire Strikes Back (1980).
