I’m a film geek. As we film geeks know, The Criterion Collection sets the bar when it comes to distributing good movies and has done so since the days of Laserdisc. I purchased my first Criterion DVD when I was 15 (Robocop [1987], spine #23) and I’ve been hooked ever since. Currently, I own about 75 Criterion DVDs and Blu-rays.
